The digital divide
This where people who do not have access to technology or have very little and this would be a disadvantage because this will put them behind most countries and they wouldn't be able communicate very fast but the advantage would be they would be more out going and they would probably have better social skills, however the knowledge that our minds is not available to low income and third world countries, so they don’t get the opportunity to better themselves etc.
