·                  Efficient

·                  Always have a copy of what was sent in the email

Disadvantages

·                  Misunderstanding you might say one thing and the person you are emailing might take it another way.

·                  Spam

·                  The person might not have a computer

·                  The person might not have a computer or the IT knowledge to send emails so this will leave them at a disadvantage and possibly be left behind as technology moves forward.-

Threats

·                  Personal Details could be let out

·                  Scam

·                  Hacking

·                  People may be excluded  especially the poor or the elderly
