Working from home
Advantages
· Flexible working hours to be able to have a work/life balance
· No commuting
· You most likely will not have as many distractions
Disadvantages
· Work never ends you will at times not be able to walk away from your work
· You have to do everything by yourself and you will not have the same support that you would get from working along side colleagues
· Loneliness can be experienced as you are not networking with others you and you don’t feel the enjoyment of having lunch with colleagues etc
Threats
· Viruses
· Time wasting
· Lack of motivation to get work done and complete deadlines
